What to Do with Your Virtual Guest Book Entries

Every LoveStream virtual wedding includes a virtual guest book. This is where your online attendees can send love notes and share pictures on your special day directly from your custom LoveStream website. But what happens after the wedding? From our team, you’ll receive a CSV file of your guest book entries, but what else can you do with them?

We have a few ideas!

Make a Real Book

We can design a hardbound guest book based on your guest book entries for you. But, you can always DIY this! Those entries are yours to do with as you please, so feel free to get crafty and turn them into a physical scrap book or photo album.

Make a Video

You can also take all of those love notes from your virtual wedding and turn them into a video slideshow that you can look back on whenever. There are tons of free apps and websites that will help you do this!

Add Them to Your Physical Guest Book

Did you have a guest book at your venue for in-person guests to sign? If so, you can keep all of your well-wishes together by filling in the extra pages with your virtual responses. It might be a little bit of cutting and pasting, but the end result will be a collection of notes from all of your loved ones, those who were able to be there in-person and those who helped you celebrate remotely.

Save Them for Later

Just because you have access to your guest book entries doesn’t mean you have to read them right away. A fun thing to do might be to save them for your one-year anniversary. Set yourself a calendar reminder on your phone with the link to the file so you can easily find it when you’re ready to open it!
