Pre-wedding role of your LoveStream producer.
All of our packages include a wedding-day producer. This is someone in our office who is communicating with your day-of contact (the person you choose on wedding day to set up devices) before the wedding begins. They walk your day-of contact through set-up over the phone, check camera angles and audio and make sure everything is ready to go live.
Making magic happen during the wedding.
During your wedding, while you’re focusing on your soon-to-be-spouse, your LoveStream producer is behind the scenes acting like a TV director. They have eyes on all camera angles at all times. They pick and choose which camera angles to show at any given time, ensuring that your at-home guests see all of the action.
They follow the timeline that you create pre-wedding with your LoveStream specialist, showing any particular angles you want to capture (walking down the aisle, for example).
Senior producers with every wedding.
One of the main differentiators with LoveStream is that a senior producer is assigned to every wedding. For example, if we have five weddings happening on a Saturday, we will have five producers and a senior producer, in our office, on wedding day.
Senior producers are highly experienced and oversee the execution of all weddings. If something unexpected happens, the senior producer is there to help troubleshoot.
They also manage the LoveStream help bot during weddings, fielding any questions that may come in from your virtual guests.
