LoveStream Shipping Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are looking for a part-time shipping coordinator for our wedding live stream product, LoveStream. LoveStream is a live stream service built for weddings that allows couples to stream their wedding from anywhere to anywhere.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Unpacking and packing client rental boxes

  • Testing equipment

  • Managing shipment schedule

  • Working with shipping provider to create labels, track packages, receive refunds, etc.

LoveStream Coordinators are responsible for upholding all company values. Number of hours will vary based on client need. Candidates must be willing to commute to our office in Charlotte, NC (South End).

Essential functions:

  • Available to work (at minimum) Monday-Thursday, approx. 20-25 hours per week.

  • Thrives in quick, every changing, high-pressure environments with a sense of urgency

  • Effective communication skills with quick responses and understanding of how to prioritize

  • Must be tech savvy

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
