Onboarding and planning call.

Within one business day of purchasing, you’ll receive onboarding materials from our team to kick off planning. This will include a short questionnaire we use to build your custom website, instructions on how to run an internet speed test and more.

Up next is a planning and orientation call, where you will discuss your stream and your guest experience. We help you throughout planning, never leaving you to fend for yourself.

 

Custom website built for you.

Why build your own wedding website when someone else will build it for you? LoveStream’s team will create a wedding website that will not only host your wedding live stream, but will also offer a place for your wedding registry, love story, photo gallery and whatever else you want to add.

 

On-site support in 325 cities.

We can offer on-site set up assistance in 325 cities across the US. While LoveStream set up is easy (it takes less than 10 minutes!) and hiring an on-site assistant is not necessary, we understand that some of our couples want the option of having a pro on-site. Ongoing support and availability.

Between onboarding and your wedding day, our team will be available to answer any questions.

We differentiate ourselves by not being a wedding live stream “app” that leaves you on your own, but being a true live stream wedding service. Think of us like any other wedding vendor. We’re here to make your day spectacular.

 
 

Pre-wedding tech rehearsal.

For our multi-camera live stream wedding packages, you’ll have a full wedding live stream rehearsal with one of our specialists. During this rehearsal, typically scheduled the week of your wedding, you will finalize your live stream timeline, plan out camera angles and test audio.

For our single-camera package, you’ll also have time to practice the streaming process prior to your event to ensure everything runs smoothly on wedding day.

Wedding day producers.

In our multi-angle packages, there will be another tech set up on wedding day where your producer will work with your day-of contact to set up the device(s), test audio and ensure everything looks and sounds great before it’s time to go live for your at-home guests.

Once the devices are in place, your remote LoveStream producer takes over. They will push the wedding stream live at the specified time and switch camera angles during the ceremony to create an engaging experience for your at-home guests (we like to think it’s better than the front row!).

First camera focuses on the bride and bridesmaids.

Second camera focuses on the groom and groomsmen.

Third camera gives a wide-angle view of the entire ceremony.

LoveStream remotely produces your live stream wedding.

  • LoveStream produces your wedding remotely from our office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

    For set-up of streaming equipment at your wedding, you have two options:

    Option 1 is to hire an on-site assistant through LoveStream. This starts at $350 (meaning, most of our couples pay $350 for this service, though seasonality, location and duration may result in some increases).

    Option 2 is to appoint a day-of contact (explained below) who will set up the devices on wedding day.

    Having the option to either hire an on-site assistant OR choose your own day-of contact allows us to keep our prices down without sacrificing quality or service.

  • Stream from devices you already own (your phone, your partner’s phone and a groomsman’s tablet, for example).

    Pretty much any device with a camera and internet connection can be used to stream. We prefer iPhones, Androids and newer tablets for the best quality.

  • We recommend the spouse or plus-one of someone in the wedding party.

    Why? They will be at the venue all day anyway, they don’t need to be in pre-wedding photos and you most likely know this person and feel comfortable with them.

    Set up takes less than 10 minutes. Then they can sit down and enjoy the wedding like everyone else.

  • On wedding day, your day-of contact (DOC) has a few key tasks - but we promise, they are super easy and we guide them through each.

    1. Set up equipment: This takes less than 10 minutes, and our team will guide your DOC through each step over the phone.

    2. Send updates: If the wedding is running behind or if there is a change of plans, your DOC will text or call your LoveStream producer. They are our eyes and ears on the ground.

    3. Contact person: Your producer will reach out to the DOC in the rare instance they are needed (a photographer knocks over a tripod, etc).

    Once set up is complete, your DOC can enjoy the wedding. No need to stand behind the tripods!

Meet your wedding day dream team.

  • 1. LoveStream Specialist

    Your planning call and tech rehearsal will be with one of our full-time LoveStream specialists. They will create your wedding live stream timeline and get a better understanding of what you want your stream to look like, and what you want your at-home guests to experience.

  • 2. Wedding Day Producer

    Our multi-camera live stream wedding packages include a dedicated virtual producer. Think of your LoveStream as a live TV production. Your producer has eyes on all cameras, and manually switches between cameras to give at-home guests the best view.

  • 3. Senior Producer

    Whenever weddings are happening, a senior producer is in our Charlotte, North Carolina office with your wedding day producer. They oversee all weddings at any given time, and are there to serve as an extra set of hands if needed. They also field any questions from your virtual guests.

We remove the risk and uncertainty from a highly technical solution, making a wedding live stream a simple and accessible addition to any wedding.

  • Absolutely! It’s about 50/50 whether our couples meet with us before purchasing their wedding live stream, so there’s no issue with booking a meeting OR purchasing on your own.

  • Yes! We like to say our platform is “Grandma-proof.” We would trust our own not-so-tech-savvy grandparents to be able to “figure it out.”

    For guests, the process is super simple.

    Send them a link to your wedding website (that our team creates for you). They click that link, press the play button, and they’re watching your wedding live, in real-time.

    There’s no downloading an app, waiting to be admitted by an admin or muting/unmuting needed.

    As a one-way stream, guests simply sit back and watch your wedding as it happens.

  • Nope and nope! You can have an unlimited number of guests watch your wedding live stream. AND your guests can watch from anywhere in the world.

    LoveStreams have been viewed in 168 countries and counting, and some of our weddings have more than 500 consecutive viewers.

  • Our team creates a custom webpage for you. You can choose your slug, and our team builds your website to include your wedding live stream video player, a live chat for your virtual guests, a virtual guest book, a Spotify playlist of your choosing, your love story or anything else you want.

    You send that link to wedding guests (or we can send for you via our evite sending service).

    On wedding day, guests click that link, go to your website and start watching your wedding live.
