We are available via live chat on the website during our business hours to answer any questions you may have. After you purchase your package, we still offer live chat availability for any help you may need.
Regardless of which package you choose, you’ll meet with a LoveStream specialist for an onboarding call. During this, we’ll walk you through exactly what will happen between now and wedding day.
For Plus and Premium packages, we offer even more assistance. You and your LoveStream specialist will meet again before your wedding to run a technical rehearsal to ensure you feel comfortable with the tech you’ll be using at your wedding. On wedding day, you will have a day-of producer remotely producing your wedding, working with your day-of contact to get everything set up. Best of all? We offer support for your guests who are watching online should they need any assistance with Plus and Premium packages.
You can keep your video.
Perhaps best of all, after your wedding, the copy of your live stream as it aired is yours to keep! You can put it online, share it with friends and family, have your videographer add it to your wedding highlights reel… whatever you want!

What happens if a virtual guest shows up 15 minutes late to your wedding and the event is already happening? The answer: With LoveStream, they have the option to join live or to start from the beginning.

LoveStream is a one-way live streaming platform, which gives your guests a feeling like they are in the audience at your wedding. They just click your URL, and they’re able to watch without logging in, downloading an app or messing with their microphone/camera settings. It’s designed to be as easy to use for your grandma as it is for your friend in IT. That said, we do know that some people want to have an interactive portion of their event, which is why we offer a Zoom reception as an add-on option for Plus and Premium packages.
