Our favorite Hawaii Live Stream Weddings

Hawaii is one of the top spots for destination weddings, and our live stream wedding couples prove why.

We’ve streamed a ton of weddings from Hawaii, remotely from our office in Charlotte. While we wish we could be there celebrating (and surfing!), the beauty of our live stream wedding service is that we can produce weddings anywhere in the world.

How does LoveStream produce live stream weddings remotely?

We’d love to say it was easy! But we’ve spent two years perfecting our process so that we can confidently produce live stream weddings remotely.

How did we create the gorgeous weddings below from 3,860 miles away? With a lot of planning, prep and experience.

Each LoveStream wedding includes a planning or onboarding call. The couples below hopped on the phone with our team to go over wedding details and discuss what they want out of their live stream wedding experience.

In the days leading up to the wedding, we ran a tech check with these couples. For our multi-camera packages, this involves talking on the phone with a LoveStream specialist to create a detailed timeline of the day’s events. This timeline will be used by your remote producer on wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your LoveStream specialist will also help you pick the best camera angles to use, test any equipment and have you practice getting into the streaming studio. It’s essentially a dry-run for what will happen on wedding day.

Since there is no camera switching with our single-camera live stream wedding packages, your tech check is shorter and involves practicing getting into the streaming studio to check audio and visual.

With all of this prep and producers (that’s right, each wedding gets 2!) together in our office on wedding day, we’ve eliminated the risky and difficult parts of live streaming your wedding, while keeping the process incredibly simple for you and your at-home guests.

Without further ado, check out three of our absolute favorite Hawaii live stream weddings of 2021!

Ryan & Lucy | Plus Package with Mic and Tripod Rentals
Wedding Date: December 1, 2021
Venue: The Ritz Carlton, Maui, Kapalua

Ryan and Lucy tied the knot in Maui at the beginning of December overlooking the Pacific ocean. The ceremony included traditional Hawaiian elements, such as blowing a conch shell and exchanging leis to symbolize the importance of the celebration. Three camera angles gave a gorgeous ocean view to at-home guests. The LoveStream producer switched between camera angles throughout the ceremony to capture every special moment and create a dynamic experience for remote loved ones.

Karlee & Bryce | Standard Package with Mic and Tripod Rental
Wedding Date: July 16, 2021
Venue: Koloa Landing Resort, Kauai

Karlee and Bryce got married on Kauai using our single-camera live stream wedding package with the rental of a broadcast-quality microphone and sturdy tripod. The officiant played ukulele and sang as Karlee walked down the aisle. Though the day was breezy, the microphone captured crystal-clear audio from both the officiant and the couple.

James & Michelle | Standard Package with Mic and Tripod Rental
Wedding Date: July 15, 2021

At a sunset ceremony in Hawaii, James and Michelle were married in front of a draped arbor. Their single streaming device was expertly placed with the couple, wedding party and key guests in view. A strong wifi connection led to crisp video while the rental of our microphone kit ensured at-home guests could hear every special word.
