LoveStream 101: DIY Package

Who is the DIY Package for?
The DIY LoveStream package is perfect for the couple who is a little tech-savvy themselves and who has tech-savvy friends.
What does it include?
The DIY LoveStream includes the ability to use 1 streaming device, a custom website, live chat and virtual guest book.
This package comes standard with 45 minutes of streaming time and instructions for a self-guided tech check. This is why we say it’s good for the couple who is a little tech-savvy. It’s not difficult to use, but you will need to be able to read and follow our instructions in order for the stream to work.
What does it not include?
This package does not include a guided tech rehearsal. It truly is a do-it-yourself version of our other packages. Our Plus and Premium packages include a tech trial with one of our LoveStream specialists where you will practice getting the devices into the stream, hooking up the microphone, and generally making sure everything works and you feel comfortable for wedding day.
This package also does not include a dedicated producer. The main role of a producer is to switch between cameras during the live stream, but that’s not all they do. They also field questions from your online guests, monitor the live chat, and have the ability to boot someone from the chat if they are posting anything inappropriate.
Anything else I need to know?
We do not allow microphone rentals with our DIY Package. If you need a microphone rental with this package, we’ll need to create a custom quote for you. This is because we’ll want to schedule a trial run of the microphones to make sure they work on wedding day.
When choosing your package, be sure to think about your guests. While our platform offers one-click access for guests, some guests who are less familiar with the internet still need some guidance on how to get the video to play and how to use the live chat. With our Plus and Premium packages, guest tech support is included on wedding day.
