Creative Ways to Live Stream your First Dance

Dance Before you Recess

You’ve just sealed the marriage with a kiss, you already have your cameras set up facing your beautiful ceremony backdrop… why not go straight into your first dance? Immediately following the ceremony – before the recessional – play your first dance song and start dancing!

Nope, we’re not talking about doing The Robot – though that could be part of it! Parent-child dances at weddings are often a special moment, but sometimes one or both of your parents can’t be there to help celebrate. If that’s the case, consider choreographing a dance for them to do at-home. It can be silly or serious – there’s no right or wrong way to do it! This can be pre-recorded and added into your live stream with the Plus or Premium package.

When live streaming your wedding, your at-home guests will love a little extra attention. So, during your first dance, take a few moments to disco up to the streaming device so your virtual guests feel included in the event.  

Encourage Guests to Join In

Choose a fun dance song as your first dance and encourage at-home guests to dance along in their living rooms. While you won’t see them live, they can record videos of themselves and share them online with your wedding hashtag.
